Oil prices crossed the psychologically important treshold of 100$ per barrel for the first time/ New office openings in the Q1 2008 were 313,000 sq m, which is 44% more than in the same period of 2007. We should emphasize that new volumes in class A increased more than four times thanks to such prominent developments as Western Tower, the Federation complex, and first stages of the Legion II and Legion III complexes.
