Despite the decline in prices in the mass market, prices for newly built prime property continue to grow. Notwithstanding the seasonal summertime market activity decline, this segment of the market is experiencing growth that should last throughout 2007. In June 2007 the average sales price stood at $17,657 per sq m. In June 2007 the average re–sale price changed only slightly in comparison with the previous month, which reflects the stabilisation of the market after a period of declining prices.
