Rents for high quality offices in Moscow experienced continued growth in 2007 as demand continues to surpass the volume of supply introduced to the market. No newly constructed or reconstructed Class B warehouses were brought to market in Moscow and the Moscow region in the first half of 2007. The market has seen a shift from the construction of Class B warehouses to Class A logistics complexes.
