EGGER Company Group having its parent enterprise in St. Johann (Tirol) is among the leading manufacturers of timber-based material in Europe. Alongside with particle boards, MDF and OSP, the company manufactures many types of advanced processing products which represent an extensive, harmoniously composed and complete product line for all application spheres, from floor to ceiling. In August 2005, the 15th plant of the Group in Shuya (Ivanovo region) has been launched. Shuya plant is already manufacturing particle boards with melamine coating, and uncoated particle boards. All products of Shuya works meet the high quality standard of EGGER, which has already proven itself in the Russian market. Manufacturing capacity of production lines is up to 250,000 cubic meters of raw boards per year. Further investments into Russian business and production of other products of the Group is planned.
