During construction of CITY Shopping & Entertainment Center the most advanced industrial technologies, modern construction and finishing materials were used. The format of the object is a Trade complex of urban scale focused on the active part of the city population with the average and high income. Target group: about 400 thousand person — inhabitants of Ulyanovsk and guests of the city.
