CITY Shopping & Entertainment Center (Building 1) with total area of 8720.0 sq. m, is situated in the central part of Ulyanovsk on crossing of the streets Goncharov and K.Marks —major traffic arteries with intensive traffic. During construction of CITY Shopping & Entertainment Center the most advanced industrial technologies, modern construction and finishing materials were used. Target group: about 400 thousand person — inhabitants of Ulyanovsk and guests of the city. Competitive advantage: Selection and combination of tenants is planned according to the concept of CITY Shopping & Entertainment Center and the basic trends of trade by degree of brand awareness, its appeal to buyers, price level and requirement of operators to adjoining brands.
