A multipurpose shopping and entertainment center or regional importance designed for the active part of the city population with average income inclined to goal-oriented visits of the facility. The facility concept was developed with participation of leading Russian and foreign companies. Aquamall Shopping & Entertainment Center is distinguished by a favorable location in the geographic center of the city at a highway with large transit traffic (about 30,000 cars per hour). Commissioning of the first stage is scheduled for 4th quarter of 2009. The Company is interested to find a strategic investor for the project and is ready to consider the investor’s participation in the share capital. The planned volume of investments into the project is 3.5 billion rubles.
