The project envisions construction of a modern shopping & entertainment complex in Essentuki. The complex includes:
- wintertime and summertime aqua parks
- pedestrian shopping mall
- promenade and entertainment zones, restaurants
- gaming and movie halls convenient for meetings at any level
- car and bus parking lot
Additionally, the project envisions the building of a VIP zone to include a four-star hotel, floating restaurant complex, spa center, and botanical garden.
The project has access to an energy-independent, rich infrastructure.
The land plot allocated for the project is centrally located in Essentuki, in a resort zone with a high degree of accessibility for holidaymakers and residents of the region of the Caucasus Mineral Waters [Mineralnye Vody].
