The project envisions the creation of international, federal, and regional-level transport and service infrastructure facilities in the frontier territories of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan for purposes of cross-border trade, conferences, exhibitions, fairs, and transportation and communication servicing of cargo flows of the international transport corridors intersecting at Ozinki, in order to promote technologies and products in member states of the Eurasian Economic Community.

Unique features of the project

Intersection of international transport corridors:
1) North – South (NS Corridor);
2 West – East (Transsib (TS) Corridor).  
Presence of a comprehensive transport hub in the Saratov Region.
