Construction of a multifunctional air transportation hub within 50 kilometers of Saratov, on the right bank of the Volga River in the vicinity of the community of Saburovka, for passenger and cargo air service meeting international standards of aviation safety and capable of accommodating all types of modern aircraft. It is also expected to boost traffic to create an effective logistics and transportation system.  

Unique features of the project

Crossing of international transport corridors: 1) North – South (NS Corridor) and 2 West – East (Transsib (TS) Corridor). Convenient location relative to the region's remaining transport infrastructure.
