Field Development of nonmetallic mineral deposits in Baksan river basin, and organization of cargo and passenger transport service for Prielbrusye tourist complex. The project envisages construction of 4 large construction material production facilities, namely:
• granite breakstone production plant in Tyrnyauz, with capacity of 6 million tons per year;
• granite hornfels breakstone production plant in Tyrnyauz, with capacity of 5.4 million tons per year;
• cement plant in Zayukovo with capacity of 1 million ton per year;
• mortar (quartz) sand production plant in Prokhladny, with capacity of 1.4 million tons per year.
