Additional information on site
Some buildings of “Ryabinki” tourist center were created in 1970, the others were completed in 1990s. The territory of tourist base is surrounded by coniferous forests. The site area covered by the agreement of long-term lease, is 4.8 ha. The center is situated in 24 km from Shuya; it has a convenient asphalt access road. A detailed description is contained in the Report on Estimation of Market Value of the Complex prepared by AO Rosexpert. Since the 1970s and until recent time the tourist center was operating successfully, but due to a changed situation in tourist service market, the owner has decided to refurbish the buildings and structures with change on the territory with change of their internal layout, and perform landscaping of the territory
