The purpose of this investment project is substantiation of feasibility and expediency of refurbishment of existing recreation center “Ryabinki” into a modern recreation center which requires significant expenses for construction of new and redesign, in view of functional features, of existing objects, purchase of construction materials, replacement of equipment and stock, to be financed with involvement of funds from foreign investors. The recreation center is focused, mainly, on consumers with high and income levels, who need high-quality organized recreation. The performed analysis of development prospects of the tourist base justifies forecasts of attraction of significant number of clients and increase of the market share of the company in the tourist service market in Ivanovo Region due to provision of service of a higher level. A feature of the existing complex is its location, a picturesque corner on elevated bank of Parsha river, close to its influx into Teza, surrounded by mixed forests.

Some buildings of “Ryabinki” tourist center were created in 1970, the others were completed in 1990s. The territory of tourist base is surrounded by coniferous forests. The site area covered by the agreement of long-term lease, is 4.8 ha. The center is situated in 24 km from Shuya; it has a convenient asphalt access road. A detailed description is contained in the Report on Estimation of Market Value of the Complex prepared by AO Rosexpert. Since the 1970s and until recent time the tourist center was operating successfully, but due to a changed situation in tourist service market, the owner has decided to refurbish the buildings and structures with change on the territory with change of their internal layout, and perform landscaping of the territory
