Brief positioning of project
|
The initiator of the project is the Administration of Tver Region with participation of the Federal Agency for Culture and Cinematography of the Russian Federation. The project objective is ensuring safety of historical and cultural heritage, improvement of tourist infrastructure and enhancement of investment attractiveness of the region. The estimate value of the project is 1,200 million rubles. The project has support of the Administration of Tver Region: administrative, financial, information, PR, and mass media coverage. 60% of the project cost are divided into borrowed funds (30% from the federal budget) and own funds (30%). The required 20% are presumably the foreign investor’s funds. Project implementation term is 2008 to 2012. Project progress status: design and estimate documentation is under development by GUP Tveroblzakazchik. The demonstration forms of the project are breadboard model, tablet, there are photo and a video materials.
