The purpose of the project is improvement of hotel and tourist business in the region, organization and holding of regional and nationwide exhibitions. The project envisages construction of a hotel complex with service level of 4 stars according to international hotel certification system, being both a modern center of rest and entertainment, and a business center for a wide range of consumers, from businessmen and their family members to tourists who have stayed for a night in a welcoming place. Activity areas of the complex:
— Provision of hotel rooms of suite, junior suite and VIP apartment types for a certain term;
— provision of areas for exhibitions and presentations of any level and direction;
— letting of premises for office use
