Purpose of the Project: Creation of a highly profitable mountain-ski facility with a high level of service and a wide range of services capable to meet the needs and to attract tourists and sports fans both from Russia and the countries of Asia-Pacific region. A distinctive feature of the project is the unique geographic location in immediate proximity from the capital of the Far East, presence of the airport, railways, river shipping and collateral tourist infrastructure, which renders its attractive both to inhabitants of Khabarovsk (about 1 million residents) and to visitors.

|
The site is not crossed by permanent roads, there are no power lines or other communications or structures. There are rocks in the southern part. The territory has two streambeds which are filled by rainwater and spring flood. The sit length from the north to the south is 3 km, the width from the west to the east is 1.650 km. The northern part of the site is covered with mixed forest with dense shrubby undergrowth and fallen trees. The southern part situated higher on the slope has less dense trees. In the summertime, solar rays reach the site from 9:00 AM, the sun sets at 21:00, daylight hours in the winter period are from 11:300 to 17:00. Prevailing wind direction is south-west. Average thickness of snow cover in February is 15 to 40 cm.
