Redecoration and modernization of the building of the Middle Trading Rows at 5 Red Square, Moscow. The main building will retain its original appearance. The building will house a hotel and apartments with modern infrastructure, managed by a premium-class international operator. The complex will offer a fundamentally new type of accommodation in Moscow's historic part, distinguished by its a unique location, superior quality, and level of service compliant with the highest international standards.
Unique features of the project
Designed by the architect Roman Klein, the building was completed in 1894. The building is distinguished by its unique location and exceptional historic value. The architectural concept has been developed by the French architectural bureau Wilmotte & Associes Architecte, managed by Jean Michel Wilmotte, who has been a member of the international elite of architects and designers for over 20 years.
