The project idea is creation of a tourism and education format new to Russia. Principal project objectives: — Preservation and maintenance of cultural diversity, creation of areas for high-level business communication, promotion of tourism in the region, satisfaction of demands for commercial real property, rest and entertainment services; - Deriving revenues from leasing trade and office areas, restaurant business, provision of hotel services, spa parlours, provision of premises for holding exhibitions, conferences, business meetings, seminars, trainings, presentations, cultural and educational events. ETHNO-WORLD Cultural and Educational Agrotourist Center is a multipurpose complex of structures in various national architectonic styles which will accommodate hotels, trade and exhibition facilities. The center offers a wide range of additional services: restaurants, cafés, baths, saunas, spa, a sports stadium, exhibition and conference services, a concert hall, a cinema, a library, etc. The ETHNO-WORLD Cultural and Educational Agrotourist Center contains several principal elements, these are ethno-farms, Peace Street trading and exhibition center, a Cultural Center with a tree nursery, an Innovation Center. ETHNO-WORLD center belongs to a segment of country hotel facilities with an advanced culture and leisure program. It will be focused on guests who are interested in cognitive, business, congress, pilgrim and recreational types of tourism. Consumers of these segments are people practically of all ages (schoolchildren, students, businesspeople, persons interested in culture of specific countries, etc.). An advantageous difference of ETHNO-WORLD Cultural and Educational Agrotourist Center will be the opportunity to learn the culture of various countries without leaving the ETHNO-WORLD center.
