Attraction of international industrial and logistic companies for accommodation of objects within the territory by offering complex solutions: land plots, infrastructure and construction. Lemcon Rusinvest is a subsidiary of Leminkainen, the largest Finnish building concern, the leader in the construction and road industries, ranking second in the Finnish market. The industrial park will be created on the territory over 130 ha, situated 20 km from Kaluga, near Vorotynsk village. Within the scope of this project, it is planned to build all necessary engineering infrastructure and access roads, including a railroad branch. The project implementation will allow to accommodate over 20 new industrial enterprises of the Russian and international companies within the park territory.
